About Us

History

The Computer Programming is one of the first departments in the Ege Vocational School. Our department has been founded in 1989. The Computer Programming department was participated in the 2nd Industrial Education Project of the World Bank in 1993. The 2010-2011 academic year, our department restructured with the IKMEP Project run by Council of Higher Education 

Profile of The Programme

Computer Programming offers a carefully designed curriculum covering programming languages, network, database, internet technologies, computer hardware and other computing topics. The curriculum is designed to help students begin to prepare for career opportunities in various fields involving computer technology, including such as software applications and programming, computer network systems, web development and database analyst.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples

Graduates generally work as developer/analyst programmer, computer and network trainer, Web Designer, Internet programmer and System support staff.
